    As the Senior Labour Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships between our organization and its workforce.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of labour relations, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and Union regulations.

    Collaborate with management and HR teams to develop labour relations strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements that promote a positive and constructive work environment.

    Provide expert guidance and support to management and HR teams on all labour relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

    Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, collective agreements, and emerging labour relations issues to anticipate and address potential challenges.

    Stay updated on labour legislation, court rulings, and regulatory changes to proactively advise on potential impacts to the organization.

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.
    Proven experience of at least 5-10 years in a senior labour relations role.
