- Assist course instructors with use of UR Courses online course management system:
- Entering and editing content in UR Courses
- Setting up course tools as directed, such as quizzes, assignments, etc.
- Supporting Instructors in the set-up and use of Zoom
- Consult with Training team if/as required
- Consult with Instructional Design team if/as required
- Training related duties that may include:
- Research and respond to 'how-to' questions from users related to use of UR Courses
- Update UR Courses training materials as required
- Assist trainers with Zoom training sessions
- Assist students with basic questions regarding use of UR Courses and use of Zoom
- Provide in-class tech support in our high-tech streaming classrooms
- Other related duties as assigned
- Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
- Evidence of working cooperatively with others to accomplish common goals
- Strong comfort with using technology
- Ability to multitask numerous projects and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and be a self-starter
- Knowledge of UR Courses
- Knowledge of Proctortrack
- Familiarity with use of Zoom video conferencing
