    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on making a significant impact and contributing to our success story.

    Join our dynamic Sales Operations Team as a Sales Operations Assistant and work with teams and departments positioned across the globe You will gain invaluable experience in data management, documentation, project management, and operations.

    Responsibilities
    • Data Management: You'll be inputting account and leads information into our CRM (Salesforce) and ensuring our Sales Prospects database is always up to date with the latest information and changes.
    • Documentation Creation: Assist in crafting and updating sales-related documentation, including training materials and process documents. You'll also lend a hand in documenting our sales tech stack roadmap, helping to pave the way for future success.
    • Project Management: Dive into various sales-enabling projects, providing valuable support wherever needed to ensure our initiatives are executed seamlessly.
    Education and Experience required
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1-2 summers of work experience in a corporate environment is an asset, but not mandatory
    Strengths and Qualifications
    • Passion and Drive: A strong desire to make a meaningful impact and an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn, coupled with a proactive attitude toward challenges.
    • Keen Eye for Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that no task goes overlooked, and every piece of data is accurately managed.
    • Communications Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in collaborating with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Salesforce experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
    • Team Player Mentality: While perfectly capable of working independently, the selected candidate also should be able to work as part of a collaborative team.
