    Who'll You Be Joining:

    You'll be joining an energetic group of Finance professionals We are a close and collaborative team, working together to ensure our finance operations run smoothly and that we provide actionable insights to business leaders across the company. We love to leverage each other's skills to solve problems, learn, and create efficiencies, and we have fun along the way. We are looking for a driven individual who is comfortable multitasking, driving change, engaging with stakeholders across the organization, and working in a fast-paced environment.

    How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Support the month-end process,working closely withthe Finance Manager and Operations Team.
  • Partner with Business Operations toanalyzedrivers of product gross margin and assess theaveragelandedcost of various products.
  • Seek improvements and propose innovative ideas to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Completejournalentriesto supportcorporate reporting such asinventory costing,inventory obsolescence provisioning,warehouse fulfilment accruals.
  • Prepare and analyze balance sheet accountreconciliations,includingInventory,Prepaid,and other accounts.
  • Collaborate with theOperationsand Manufacturing departmentsand any other departments to ensure business goals are met.
  • Maintain theinventory stock ledger, including recordingany write-downs,estimates for landed costs, andreconciling balances to thethird-partywarehouse providers.
  • Contributing to ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Support the external and internal audit team in their annual audit;manage and control annual inventory audit.
  • What You'llBringto the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 2-3years of related experience preferred
  • Experience within a manufacturing or consumer electronics company is considered a strong asset
  • Proficient in MicrosoftExcel
  • Working towards a CPA designation would be preferable
  • Knowledge of accounting principlesand standards;US GAAPispreferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with cross-functionalteams
  • Proactive self-starter who takes a high level of ownership in their work
  • Cloud-based accountingandERPsoftware experience;NetSuiteisan asset
  • Just so you know: The hired candidate will be required to complete a background and credit check
