Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The position holder plays a key role for our sales and marketing teams in developing new business opportunities both locally and outside Quebec for application development.
As a Sales Development Representative, your mission is to identify and qualify high-potential prospects, build strong customer relationships, and significantly improve the quality and efficiency of our sales pipeline while reflecting our innovative approach in the application domain and its sub-services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
o Generating strategic leads: Proactively identify and research potential accounts in targeted sectors using a mix of creative tactics and data analysis.
o Engaging and raising awareness: Initiate contact with various prospects through a variety of communication channels while ensuring to respect and adapt the message according to the specific targeted audience.
o Optimizing collaboration strategies: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
o Capturing and developing new accounts: Use your deep understanding of trends to assess leads, convey the value proposition, and convert these prospects into new accounts.
o Partner involvement and engagement: Ability to identify, involve, and engage decision-makers as well as various stakeholders, ensuring effective transition and qualified prospects, reflecting the emphasis we place on strong customer relationships.
o Sales cycle support: Create sales presentations and provide logistical support for events and tradeshows.
o CRM and data management: Conduct rigorous data management in our customer relationship management system (CRM). Continuously update and rigorously manage data regarding prospects to support decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
o College diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline for the job
o Training and certification in sales techniques will be an asset
Experience
o 7 years of B2B sales development experience in the IT field
o Consistent exceeding of expectations and objectives
o Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written - as communication will be required with stakeholders both Francophone (Quebec) and Anglophone (Canada and international)
o Knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies (an asset)
