    Description

    MTE Logistix Group of Companies is in search of a highly motivated Customer Services Representative (CSR) to be part of their team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this exciting role involves administrative tasks and order functions to ensure smooth transactions daily. By effectively managing priorities, the CSR significantly contributes to the department's operational goals.

    Location: M9 Warehouse – 178th Street, Edmonton AB, T5S 1R7

    Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

    Wage: $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

    About You: Your expertise in Customer Service along with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills sets you apart.     Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and nurture client relationships by communicating vital client-specific information effectively.
    • Manage client accounts for inventory accuracy, stock location, and control of lot or date codes.
    • Review orders from the warehouse and ensure accurate shipment confirmation.
    • Address service issues or delays proactively by offering solutions to customers.
    • Collaborate with CSM and warehouse supervisors on rush orders and product arrivals.
    • Produce reports and summaries for records to CSM.

    What you need to Succeed

    Must-Have:

    • 1-2 years of Customer Service Representative experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and database applications.
    • Strong attention to detail in typing, data entry, and file management.
    • Experience in inventory management, stock location control, and damage procedures.

    Nice to Have: Office Administration and 3PL experience

    Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
