- Lead and support the Senior Leadership Team, Executive, and Board of Directors in developing and implementing a multi-year integrated corporate business plan.
- Monitor results and outcomes of the organization's initiatives, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Develop and oversee planning and risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide direct people-leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, emphasizing communication, facilitation, and collaboration.
- 10+ years related experience in strategic and business planning, reporting, and corporate performance management leadership roles ideally within large, complex organizations.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams (direct and indirect reports), including performance management and goal setting, preferably in a public sector or unionized environment.
- University degree in business, finance, management, or equivalent.
- Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or equivalent (asset).
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in preparing reports.
- Excellent collaboration, business partnering, and facilitation skills for fostering positive working relationships.
