    Description

    Your role: As a seasoned Business Developer, you will actively seek out and cultivate new and existing business opportunities in North America. You possess a deep understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, fostering connections, and sealing deals. Your enthusiasm for the innovative custom sealing solutions you represent is matched only by your commitment to supporting your clients' endeavors.

    Networking: Utilize your contacts and networks to engage with potential leads, sparking meaningful conversations to assess their needs and offer Vicone's cutting-edge solutions. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and immerse yourself in a variety of industries.

    Planning and Organization: Demonstrate exceptional prioritization and time management skills to efficiently plan and execute work activities. Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations. Engage in social media initiatives to connect with your target audience.

    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales and business development within the realm of custom manufactured products.
    • Proven track record in closing deals and negotiating projects averaging over $100k in size.
    • Monitor and achieve sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet objectives and drive performance.
    • Proficiency in time management, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings or possess a working knowledge of custom rubber components and general manufacturing processes.
    • Familiarity with the target audience, including architectural glass/building envelope engineers, mass transit manufacturers, medical equipment providers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), designers, and executives.
    • Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
    • Skilled in working with the Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
