    Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle beim Marktaufbau in Deutschland und Europa.     In Deiner Rolle berichtest Du direkt an die Geschäftsführung und gehörst einem professionellen internationalen globalen Team an.

    Aufgaben

    • Identifizierung und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
    • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kunden und Partnern
    • Entwicklung von Strategien zur Umsatzsteigerung und Marktdurchdringung
    • Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und Konferenzen zur Netzwerkerweiterung
    • Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen zur Bewertung von Geschäftsentwicklungsinitiativen
    • Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifikation von Trends und Chancen
    • Erarbeitung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für Kundenanforderungen
    • Implementierung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Kundenakquise und -bindung
    • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Angeboten
    • Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Umsatzziele und Geschäftswachstum

    Qualifikation

    • Hochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss möglichst mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb
    • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Vertriebsrolle
    • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie oder im Apothekenumfeld
    • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten bei strategischen der Geschäftsentwicklung dem Abschluss von Verkäufen
    • Effektive Organisations-, Zeitmanagement- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
    • Einprägsam, dynamisch und animiert
