    Description

    Air-tek is a Canadian-based software company focused on modernizing the airline industry and dealing with its most essential and valuable issues.

    Our diverse team is helping to automate the most critical operations processes within airlines to ensure that millions of passengers seamlessly arrive at their destination, even in the event of flight disruptions.

    Our software has been in production for over seven years.

    It is deployed at some of the largest and fastest-growing airlines worldwide, giving them some of the most significant increases in efficiencies and customer satisfaction they have seen in years.

    Some airlines are saving over $100 million annually from one of our products.

    Although our global customers know us, we intentionally operate in stealth mode during this growth phase.

    As an Implementation Consultant, you will help our airline clients to implement our software, and to get the most value out of it during active usage.

    You will work with clients on requirements gathering and analysis as well as hands-on software configuration, testing, end user training, and support.

    Using extensive product knowledge and good communication and relationship-building skills, you will provide white-glove service, establishing trust and credibility quickly and acting as an advisor throughout the client's use of the software.

    Determine the best product configuration to meet a client's needs
    Perform configuration of the product, working with client staff as well as independently, according to previously-agreed requirements
    Provide feedback on clients' needs to other teams, including Development, Product, and QA, to inform roadmap decisions and to help direct development of client-specific integration components where necessary
    Design and deliver training to clients' users on key underlying concepts as well as how to use the software effectively
    Deliver presentations on product functionality, product configuration, business benefits, and other topics relevant to clients
    Provide expert guidance to clients on the best way to solve specific business problems using our software
    Support clients through the point where they realize benefits to their business – not just until the software is installed and configured
    Software implementation specialist or product specialist, working with external customers
    Enterprise software consulting / systems integration, working with airline customers
    Information technology within an airline
    Airline operations
    Solid knowledge of enterprise software systems
    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on both technical and business topics, including delivering short, prepared presentations when required
    Ability to understand a business need and explore it with questions, and translate that business need into appropriate technical requirements
    Experience with the airline or travel industry is a significant asset.
