    Respiratory Homecare Solutions is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Care Coordinator in Calgary, AB.

    The Care Coordinator provides customer support by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls pertaining to Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen and other respiratory services.

    This role is primarily responsible for providing client support over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments with confidence and communicating with internal and external clients with a focus on exceeding expectations.

    This position is also responsible for data entry and scheduling appointments with confidence and accuracy.

    Building EMR records and patient databases
    Data coordination and maintenance of patient databases
    Conducting billing in TIMs
    Answer phone calls, provide test results, schedule and confirm appointments for the clinic
    Demonstrate ability in conflict resolution, problem solving and time-management
    High School Diploma - background or experience in Customer Service/Medical Office.
    Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail applications and Microsoft applications Keyboarding Skills (+45 wpm).
    Strong experience with data management.
    Marketing and Sales skills are an asset.
    Bilingual is an asset.
