    Requirements

    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Bachelor's Degree in any field. (Five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted)
    • Senior level project coordinator experience
    • 3-5 years of vendor relationship management experience
    • Excellent project management skills and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Accounting and financial transaction knowledge
    • Highly effective communicator
    • Good listening skills with the ability to think outside of the box with creative solutioning
    • Ability to handle tight deadlines and stressful situations
    • Ability to handle project and client ambiguity and provide suggestions to improve work/vendor processes

    Responsibilities

    • Job Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions (Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics

    • Handle day-to-day client interactions, escalating issues and impediments as require
    • Run/host client Zoom/Teams meetings
    • Prepare implementation schedules and coordination between installation vendor and site points-of-contact
    • Coordinate with onsite/vendor conference room technical, obtain electronic footprint surveys or conduct remote/electronic surveys with custom conference room build team and client
    • Coordinate with both USA/Canadian signage personnel and AV engineers to facilitate vendor's design of Custom Conference rooms to determine As-Is and To-Be configurations, order inventory, facilitate logistics of deliveries and installation teams
    • Coordinate all required quotes, equipment purchases, installation coordination and follow-up of work deficiencies or issues as they arise
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
    • Facilitate clear and timely communication between cross-functional teams, project managers, technical staff, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
    • Proactively identify potential risks related to projects and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure project success
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the plan
