Description
triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is on the hunt for two (2) passionateCall Centre Representatives to power up our Admissions team.
Answer/manage calls from new customers interested in pursuing career training at triOS College.
Maintain general knowledge and understanding of all products and services.
Maintain and support ongoing relations amongst internal customers, colleagues and co-workers.
Minimum 1 year of call centre experience preferred.
~50 WPM minimum typing speed. A typing test is required.
~ Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
~ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, primarily Outlook.
~ Demonstrated ability to speak and write in English.
Tuesday to Saturday . On Saturday the hours will be 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Sunday to Thursday . On Sunday the hours will be 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Remote - Must have home office set up with reliable computer and internet connection.
