    Eager to kick off your career in athlete management at Dulcedo? We're on the lookout for a young professional or recent graduate ready to embrace the role of our Sports & Entertainment Agent Intern. This unique opportunity will immerse you in the multifaceted world of a Sports Agent's duties, covering areas such as business development, athlete strategy, identifying new athletes for Dulcedo, and enhancing athlete branding, among others. Your understanding and enthusiasm for digital and sports marketing, previous experience in the agency realm, especially in brand collaborations,, and sales, will set you apart from the competition.

    This is what the responsibilities of an intern may include:

    • Handling the daily requests and needs of our Sports & Entertainment team.
    • Scouting and identifying potential talents, like athletes and public figures, who vibe with our division's goals.
    • Working on business development for our athletes by reaching out to brands and PR agencies to drum up new money-making opportunities such as sponsorships, collabs, appearances, and more.
    • Assisting in managing sponsorships and collaborations, making sure they're a good fit for our athletes and our division's objectives.
    • Jumping into brainstorming and strategy sessions to throw down some fresh ideas and plans for managing and growing our talents.
    • On the hunt for new clients, aiming to bulk up our division's roster with opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations.
    • Teaming up to craft and kick-start awesome brand strategies for our athletes to boost their visibility and align with their career ambitions.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • Recent graduates or young professionals with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating effective customer relationship skills.
    • Strong content creation abilities, capable of producing engaging and visually appealing social media content, with a solid understanding of metrics and KPIs.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, able to efficiently manage multiple projects and uphold high work standards.
    • Deep understanding of the Sports and Entertainment industry, offering fresh insights and staying up-to-date with key players and trends.
    • Knowledge of North American Commercial Brands, enabling effective navigation of the commercial landscape.
    • A strong desire to forge a career within the athlete marketing sector, driven by passion and ambition.
