    Acclivity is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team. We're a marketing agency that helps technical and emerging market companies get attention, investment, leads and sales. We're a team united by our shared love of converting curiosity to knowledge, embracing challenges and big goals, doing things that haven't been done before and doing it all with the polish, pizzazz and attention to detail a good marketing company should embody

    We're fully remote with a team of 8 (plus a few contractor partners), growing and taking on new challenges every day.

    What you'll do

    The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

    · Providing strategic administrative and project management support for the executive and team.

    · Processing and managing emails and calendars.

    · Scheduling internal and external meetings.

    · Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate.

    · Creating reports, documents, and contracts and ensuring proper delivery and completion.

    · Initiating and completing orders and purchases.

    · Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses. Extra bonus, you find the best deals.

    · Planning and executing various team events and off-sites.

    What you'll need

    · Recent experience in administrative support, reporting to one or more executives

    · Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment, preferably in tech or in consulting/agency environments.

    · Highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite: Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    · A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

    · Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
