- Préparer les procédures usuelles en litige;
- Préparer les documents juridiques à partir de textes manuscrits, dictés ou notes;
- S'occuper de la correspondance courante et communiquer avec les clients au besoin;
- Gérer les agendas des avocats et faire les suivis nécessaires;
- Créer, surveiller et maintenir les dossiers clients à jour;
- Coordonner les tâches administratives comme la comptabilité, l'ouverture et la fermeture de dossiers; les entrées d'heures, etc.
- Effectuer les entrées de temps, le suivi des dépenses et la facturation.
- Toute autre tâche connexe.
- Avoir complété une formation pertinente;
- Avoir accumulé au moins 7 années d'expérience similaire;
- Maitriser le français et l'anglais*, à l'oral et à l'écrit;
- Être organisé.e, flexible et discret.e.

*Notre client dessert une clientèle ayant une présence nationale et internationale et doit être en mesure d'offrir en tout temps des services en français et en anglais. Ce poste exige le bilinguisme, vu que la ou le titulaire du poste aura à fournir des services en lien avec divers documents rédigés uniquement en anglais, en plus d'interagir avec une multitude d'intervenants au Canada et à l'étranger ne s'exprimant qu'en langue anglaise.
