    Titre du poste: Technicien de premier niveau (Français parlé et écrit)

    Type: Temporaire to Permanent

    Lieu de travail: Pas de bureau. Le technicien devra parcourir une distance de 50 à 80 km dans Sherbrooke et les environs

    Durée du contrat: 6 mois ou plus

    Date de début: April 1st 2024

    Jours/heures: Horaire de rotation
    En premier lieu, le technicien va passer 1 mois ou 2 à travailler de jour du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 16h30, le temps de passer au travers les formations. Par la suite, ça sera l'horaire de rotation ci-dessus:

    Semaine 1 - du lundi au vendredi de 8:00am à 16:30
    Semaine 2 - lundi au vendredi de 8:00 à 16:30
    Semaine 3 - 3 jours du lundi au vendredi 8:00 h à 16h30 & samedi/dimanche 8h à 16h30
    Semaine 4 - 4 jours (shift de 10h) lundi au vendredi 12:30 à 23h

    La journée du technicien débute à partir de chez lui et non lorsqu'il arrive au site.

    Taux de rémunération: $24.00 an hour

    Kilométrage payé: 0.55 $/km - Le kilométrage est payé dès que le technicien quitte sa résidence

    Bonus: $500
    Plus encremental Bonus - $200 after each 30 days of service

    They don't have to have any experience with ATMs however, need to have some field/trouble shooting experience:

    Additional detalis:
    1. Must have a valid driver's license?
    2. Must have reliable vehicle. (remember we are paying them mileage for first 90 days) and upon successful FTE they will be provided a company vehicle.
    3. Must have valid auto insurance
    4. Must be able to lift 50 lbs?
    5. Will be accompanied by a guard/escort somtimes
    6. Must have basic technician tools
    7. Will be working with money in a public setting
    8. Will be working on your knees in an ATM/frequent bending over
    9. Must be flexible, Nights/weekends/overtime/holidays.
    10. Must be a fast learner and egar to learn

Field Service Technicians respond to basic customer requests for equipment issues. Candidates will be a part of a team and a territory where customer requests will be assigned throughout the day. Using provided tools and repair kits, you will travel to customer sites to resolve the issue.     13. Inside banks and retail establishments
    14. Outside in all weather conditions, possibly for extended periods of time.
    15. Consistent and punctual attendance. The ability to work overtime, weekends, second shifts or participate in an on-call rotation when scheduled
    16. Out of the box thinkers. You must be able to work with little supervision and have the ability to apply common sense, experience, and the theory towards solving and decision making.
