    The Engineering team at Composer is at the forefront of developing our automated trading platform. As a director of engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product's future.

    You'll lead a team of skilled engineers in building scalable, reliable systems, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of trading technology.

    Oversee the development and implementation of high-performance trading systems, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards for speed, accuracy, and reliability.


    • Prioritize a multitude of requests for the engineering team, taking into account resource constraints and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing and compliance to align engineering projects with company objectives and customer needs.
    • Maximize the velocity of the team while maintaining a high quality bar.
    A seasoned engineering leader with experience managing teams in fast paced startups. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering experience and at least 2+ years in a management role.

    • Thrives in a fastpaced, startup environment. Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
