    Description

    Architect - OAA

    Located in Cambridge, ON our client is an architect ICI sector across Ontario looking to add a Project Architect to their team.

    This is a permanent job opportunity with opportunity for career advancement. They offer health benefits, RRSP, and regular social and team-building events

    Primary responsibilities:
    • Directly work with key stakeholders on developments
    • Develop concepts, markup plans and project plant to meet clients budget and schedule
    • Mitigate risk factors for building codes during initial markups
    • Assist with development of Estimates
    • Indirectly manage a team of technical staff, Technologist, intermediate Architects,
    • Implement designs using knowledge of building materials, construction practices, governmental procedures, building codes
    Qualifications
    • M.Arch degree
    • Registration as Intern with OAA
    • Revit & AutoCAD Experince
