    Manga Hotel Group is a Canadian company focused on real estate management, specializing in high-quality hotels partnering with renowned brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotel Group. Currently owning and running 28 hotels with 5000+ rooms, 15 F&B outlets, and 5 residential properties, with more projects in progress.

    We're in search of a dedicated, experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Downtown. If you're a high-energy individual ready to lead the team and drive profitability while ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction, this opportunity is for you.

    • Maximize profits and elevate guest satisfaction levels.
    • Expertise in interpreting P&L statements and devising effective strategies for property success.
    • Lead the team to implement hotel-wide strategies for operational excellence.
    • Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback and enhance service quality.
    • Create innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction continually.
    • Align sales goals with business strategies for optimal financial performance.
    • Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies to boost productivity.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain property standards.
    • Regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
