    Reporting to the General Manager, Sales and Promotion support will be responsible to assist the sales and creative teams in driving revenue and promoting the station's brand and events.

    You will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

    Interacting and following up with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide information, answer inquiries, and handle customer issues or complaints.

    Maintaining and updating the sales database or customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant and accurate information.
    Compiling and generating sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts for management and the sales team.
    Identifying potential leads through market research, data analysis, or collaboration with the marketing team.
    Creating and organizing sales presentations, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
    Assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    Conducting research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to help the sales team develop effective sales strategies.
    Help create, coordinate and execute station events, and remote broadcasts to increase brand awareness and listener interaction.
    Help manage and maintain the station's social media presence, engaging with listeners and promoting upcoming events and promotions.
    Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for new promotions and partnerships.
    Maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and influencers to enhance promotional opportunities and community engagement.
    Proven experience in radio promotions, event coordination, or marketing.
    Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools for promotional purposes.
    Flexible schedule, as promotions may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
