    Position Overview:

    As an Internet Marketing Assistant at WILLIAMS BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives to scale our clients' businesses. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC and more.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
    • Support content creation for our website and social media platforms to engage audiences and promote our services.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analysis to recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing strategies and contribute to team meetings with insightful ideas.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices and technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or certifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a digital marketing role or a similar position is preferred.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, Adobe, Wordpress, SEMrush etc).
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort with handling data to inform decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on projects.
    • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
