    Aider les gestionnaires à effectuer les opérations de base du magasin, à former les associés aux ventes, et atteindre les objectifs de vente et les normes de rendement du magasin et personnels.
    Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et les normes de rendement du magasin et personnels
    Aider à la formation et au développement d'une équipe de vente performante
    Superviser et gérer tous les aspects des opérations quotidiennes du magasin en l'absence des gestionnaires
    Communiquer efficacement tous les besoins du magasin aux gestionnaires
    Compléter toutes les formations requises
    Expérience préalable de vente dans le domaine de la vente au détail souhaitée
    Désir de réussir dans un environnement de vente au détail en constante évolution
    Être bilingue en fonction des besoins (Québec seulement)
    Volonté d'apprentissage
    Compléter tous les programmes de formation menant au poste de chef d'équipe ou une formation équivalente
    Être en mesure de travailler des quarts de soir et de fin de semaine

    Compensation includes base pay, sales commission, and bonus potential*

    To assist store management with basic store operations, developing associates, and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
    Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
    Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
    Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy
    Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in store management's absence
    Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in store management's absence
    Effectively communicate all store needs to store management
    Complete all required training
    Prior retail sales experience preferred
    Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment
    Completion of all training programs leading up to Sales Lead position or equivalent training
    Ability to work night and weekend shifts
    Age requirements for part-time employment may vary based on territory or province
