    Senior Analyst - Sales Planning and Analytics

    The Senior Analyst, North American Sales Operations, will join the Metergy sales operations team in Markham, Ontario.

    The role is a highly versatile position that provides the foundation, guidance, and exposure towards a challenging and dynamic career.

    The Senior Analyst will be involved at various depths with supporting business development efforts with a rapidly expanding organization. Analyze sales performance metrics, such as historical sales data, market trends, conversion rates, and sales pipeline data to identify opportunities and challenges and support strategic decision making;


    • Manage internal databases such as Salesforce and Oracle with new sales details and prepare for implementation;
    • Assist in preparation of various analyses and reports for management and business needs;
    • Assist in the preparation of forecasting and business planning process;
    • Provide monthly client consumption reports while reviewing current billing models, rates, specific conditions;
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, engineering or a related field that provides a solid foundation for analytics and business acumen;


    • Minimum two to three (2-3) years of relevant work experience. Experience with sales operations, business analytics or finance is preferred. ;
    • Highly proficient in Excel, including ability to model and use advanced functions;
