    Position Overview:

    As a Major Product Support Representative for Drilling customers, you will be the primary customer contact to market Finning and Caterpillar equipment, products, and services. This position offers a dynamic environment where you contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and effective communication.

    Job Description:

    • You will be building strong relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
    • You will be responsible for developing plans for growth in sales, tailoring marketing strategies and staying updated on product knowledge.
    • You will address customer issues effectively, providing training and support.
    • You will collaborate effectively with internal teams.
    • You will stay informed on industry trends, and engaging in continuous learning.

    Experience:

    • 5 years of sales experience managing large accounts
    • Some experience in Well Service/Hydraulic Fracturing would be an asset
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Independent and minimal supervision
    • The ability to travel within the region
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Team player
