Monday to Friday (Evening and weekend overtime on-call rotation)

Field service report, QMS documentation, HSE documentation, time sheets, etc.) Ensure daily/monthly vehicle inspections and maintenance are completed
Care and maintenance of company tools and equipment
Ability to work collaboratively and independently on customer site
Manage sub-contractors such as vacuum truck and crane services
Document detailed information about repair requirements, site pictures, parts used and time worked then hand into Service Administrator daily
Complete repairs on-site whenever possible
Safely remove and bring back to shop for repair when on site repair is not an option
Complete start-up, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, removal and installation (including): Pumps (Inline, end suction, booster, fire, column): Mechanical seal replacement, Blanking, Start-up, Motors : Shaft and gear alignment, Portable motor analysis, Fans and Blowers: Balancing, Vibration analysis, Variable Frequency Drives : start-up
Safe and proper inspection, operation and maintenance of confined space, fall protection, lifting equipment and company owned tools and equipment
Journeyman Millwright ticket
Safe lifting and rigging
Confined space entry and monitoring
First Aid Training
