    Description

    Partnering with a rapidly growing NGO, LRO Staffing is conducting a professional search for a Bilingual Business Partner, People & Culture.

    Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this position is focused internal stakeholder relations, employee engagement and ongoing culture transformation.

    Participate in the annual succession and workforce planning review and subsequent communications
    Interpret policy, undertake investigations, participate in conflict resolution on all employment related matters
    Actively participates and supports other peer members of the People & Culture team to ensure consistency and equity in policy interpretation and decision making
    Post secondary education in Human Resources or related field with an HR designation being considered an asset
    Three to five years of relevant HR experience including experience in Employee Relations, HR Programs and Performance Management with a strong mix of strategic and operational experience
    Bilingual French/English is imperative and will be assessed

    This position is a full time/permanent position offering an annual salary of $80,000 to $90,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

    They are conveniently located downtown and offer a hybrid work arrangement that will see most employees in office once or twice weekly with occasional exceptions.
