    AdFarm, a 35+-year-old Agri-Marketing business whose PURPOSE is to be a catalyst for the evolution of agriculture.     You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

    • Accurately enter vendor invoices and expense reports to either job related costs or operating expenses with supported documentation.
    • Process checks and electronic payments.
    • Assist in month-end processes.
    • Generate client invoices and ensure that receivables are collected in a timely manner.
    • Conduct bank reconciliations.
    • Canadian Payroll processing.
    • Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.
    • Ad hoc reporting.

    We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll need to come to the table with the following skills and qualifications:

    • 3-5 years experience.
    • Advanced computer skills, Excel, Sage and Intacct exposure a definite asset.
    • Working knowledge of Canadian payroll practices.
    • Proven knowledge of full-cycle accounting.
    • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Financial understanding of month-end processes and billings.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
    • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently.
