    Le programme des associés aux ventes de Cisco offre un environnement mondial avec une formation structurée et une expérience en milieu de travail. Nous développerons vos compétences techniques, de vente et de communication au moyen d'une variété de domaines basés sur notre modèle d'exposition à l'expérience de l'éducation. Vous apprendrez à positionner les architectures, les solutions, les produits et les technologies de Cisco auprès de nos clients.

    Votre carrière se poursuivra dans un poste d'ingénierie de solutions au sein de l'équipe du service virtuel mondial d'ingénierie (GVE) de Cisco. GVE est une organisation technique de prévente qui fournit des logiciels et des services d'ingénierie de solutions aux clients, aux partenaires et aux équipes de vente internes de Cisco. En tant qu'ingénieur de solutions, vous découvrirez, démontrerez et concevrez des solutions en collaborant avec nos clients et partenaires pour apporter des solutions techniques à leurs défis complexes.

    En tant qu'ingénieur associé de solutions (ASE) efficace, vous développerez vos solutions de logiciels, de collaboration, de sécurité, de réseau et de nuage pour collaborer avec les professionnels des ventes de Cisco et fournir des solutions techniques qui stimulent les résultats commerciaux de nos clients et partenaires.

    Vous apprendrez des experts et des conseillés dans un cadre inégalé utilisant notre propre technologie de pointe. Vous aurez votre propre mentor, un ancien du CSAP qui a déjà été à votre place et qui vous guidera.     Profil recherché :

  • Bilinguisme français-anglais
  • Y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, un diplômé technique de , idéalement avec une spécialisation en réseautique et en informatique; OU une certification issue d'un cours intensif technique, d'une formation en apprentissage, d'un collège communautaire ou d'une école de formation professionnelle.
  • De un à trois ans d'expérience dans un secteur similaire ou contigu, en soutien technique ou en soutien d'avant-vente, ou dans un poste d'ingénieur système de préférence.
  • Passionné par les ventes de solutions techniques et le travail avec les clients.
  • Enthousiaste à l'idée de transformer les exigences techniques en valeur commerciale.
  • La certification CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) est « préférée »
  • Une véritable passion pour la technologie avec un intérêt pour les langages logiciels tels que Java et Python.
  • Vous n'hésitez pas à susciter l'intérêt d'un public en expliquant une technologie complexe en termes simples.
  • Capacité à appliquer les technologies de manière créative dans le but de résoudre les problèmes des clients.
  • *Démontrer un empressement à établir une carrière à long terme dans le service des ventes techniques chez Cisco.

    What You'll Do:

    Cisco Sales Associates Program offers a global environment that provides structured training and on-the-job-experience. We will develop your technical, sales and communication skills through a variety of areas based on our model of Education Experience Exposure. You will learn how to position Cisco's architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to our customers.

    Your career will continue in a Solutions Engineering role as part of Cisco's Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) Team. GVE is a technical presales organization, that provides software and Solutions Engineering services to customers, partners, and internal Cisco sales teams. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll discover, demonstrate and design solutions by engaging with our customers and partners to bring technical solutions to their complex challenges.

    From there, your career can develop and grow into a variety of opportunities at Cisco.

    While challenging, it will inspire you to become the best version of yourself. You will achieve industry-standard certifications, as part our perpetual learning approach, and be assessed and mentored through customer simulations and on-the-job activities.     Who You Are:

  • Bilingual in both English and French
  • Including but not limited to a graduate of a technical degree, ideally with an emphasis on networking and computing: OR certified from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School.
  • 1-3 year's experience in similar or adjacent industry, in technical or presales support, or system engineer role "preferred".
  • Passionate about technical solutions sales and working with customers.
  • Excited about turning technical requirements into business value.
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certified "preferred"
  • Real passion for technology with an interest in software languages such as Java and Python.
  • You are comfortable engaging an audience by explaining complex technology in simple terms.
  • Ability to creatively apply technology to solve customer problems.
  • *Demonstrate eagerness to establish a long-term Technical Sales career with Cisco.
  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship.
