    As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new outbound sales opportunities, converting inbound inquiries into Sales Qualified Leads, and supporting the execution of marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and enhance the company's digital engagement and revenue.



    What You'll Do:

    • Research and identify new companies and contacts interested in the SoCast platform.
    • Conduct outreach through cold calling, targeted emails, and social selling with professionalism and persistence.
    • Clearly communicate our services and present solution features and benefits to prospects.
    • Support Sales Executives with discovery calls and product demonstrations.
    • Follow up and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.
    • Report sales metrics to Senior Management and manage prospects and data in the CRM.
    • Support Marketing initiatives to drive lead growth and increase company awareness.


    Requirements

    Proficiencies

    • Passion for technically oriented products, social media, and all things digital.
    • Energetic and outgoing personality with strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
    • Money Motivated and target-driven.
    • Experience navigating a sales CRM is an asset.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Ideal for students enrolled in, or graduates of, Business Management or Business Technology Management programs.
