- Assist the Operations Manager/Supervisor(s) and Chief Engineer with administrative duties as required;
- Ensure prompt and courteous attention to tenant requests;
- Ensure building documentation is kept current and organized;
- Assist with the building access and work permit process;
- Assist with move in/out procedures;
- Assist with the oversight of the day-to-day running of the tenant amenities;
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to oversee building events;
- Monitor and follow up on 310-maxx tenant requests as required;
- Monitor and provide administrative support for internal customer request system, Angus Anywhere/Property Proud;
- Assist with special projects and emergency situations as required;
- All other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
- Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary education
- 1-2 years' administrative experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills .
- Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenants.

We are looking for a highly motivated Student, Building Operations Administrator to join our team in Calgary. In this role, you will assist the Property Managers and Operations Manager to provide the best possible tenant / customer service for Beau Valley Square, a Class AA Commercial Office / Retail complex comprising of 1.5 million square feet in downtown Calgary, including but not limited to communications, directing and liaising with tenants on a multitude of issues and day-to-day operation.
