    We are looking for a highly motivated Student, Building Operations Administrator to join our team in Calgary. In this role, you will assist the Property Managers and Operations Manager to provide the best possible tenant / customer service for Beau Valley Square, a Class AA Commercial Office / Retail complex comprising of 1.5 million square feet in downtown Calgary, including but not limited to communications, directing and liaising with tenants on a multitude of issues and day-to-day operation.

    As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

    BUILDING OPERATIONS SUPPORT
    • Assist the Operations Manager/Supervisor(s) and Chief Engineer with administrative duties as required;
    • Ensure prompt and courteous attention to tenant requests;
    • Ensure building documentation is kept current and organized;
    • Assist with the building access and work permit process;
    • Assist with move in/out procedures;
    • Assist with the oversight of the day-to-day running of the tenant amenities;
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to oversee building events;
    • Monitor and follow up on 310-maxx tenant requests as required;
    • Monitor and provide administrative support for internal customer request system, Angus Anywhere/Property Proud;
    • Assist with special projects and emergency situations as required;
    • All other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
    To succeed in this role, you:
    • Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary education
    • 1-2 years' administrative experience is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills .
    • Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenants.
