Guaranteeing around-the-clock services, our client ensures their customers are fully taken care of, taking any corporate matters from start to finish.

    They also endeavor to maintain strong ties with their communities, supporting initiatives to give back to those that are in need.

    On a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home, you'll be able maintain a healthy lifestyle in and outside of the office You'll be assisting 4 to 5 lawyers in the Corporate team who are ready to listen to your innovative ideas and push your career to the next level.

    Performing corporate searches
    Handling corporate transactions (including incorporations, amalgamations, acquisitions, and reorganizations)
    Liaising with 3rd parties including accountants and law firms
    At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    Proficiency with OnCorp and Docusign are a major asset
