  • Post-secondary coursework in business administration or a related field;
  • Experience working in a front-line client service setting, providing information to and working collaboratively with the general public and diverse client groups;
  • Experience researching and drafting correspondence for review;
  • Extensive experience and proficiency with computerized technology, software, databases, and applications, with the ability to manipulate data;
  • Working with land or resource management legislation/legal documents would be an asset.

    • Candidates with a combination of education, training and experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills to adapt quickly to ever-changing deadlines

  • Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate high levels of tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to manage a large workload with critical deadlines, with initiative to monitor and follow-up
  • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and make appropriate recommendations.

    Conditions of Employment: Obtain Notary Public certification within six months of hire.

    Job requirements: Some travel within Yukon.
