    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Strata Maintenance Sales Account Manager to join our team at Complete Landscape. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating new opportunities within the landscape strata maintenance sector and nurturing existing client relationships. If you are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have a background in landscape maintenance or sales, we encourage you to apply.


    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the landscape strata maintenance sector, targeting both commercial and residential stratas.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
    • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our landscape strata maintenance services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of landscape maintenance services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using CRM software.
    • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in sales, preferably within the landscape maintenance or related industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and industry trends is preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Prior relationships with strata managers is a bonus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
