- Provide production support services to Digital Support team on application reported issues.
- Work on Incidents reported by end users.
- Perform production deployments.
- Perform PIV in production as and when required.
- Maintain Different environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) from infra perspective.
- Co-ordinate with different teams to get the work done.
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize the issues in Production.
- Manage and Lead incident review calls with Product Owners
- Represent team on Weekly Release Management Meetings
- Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Co-ordinate Annual Pen Testing for applications
- Provide weekly update to Management for various initiatives and their progress.
- Provide on call support on odd hours.
- Join standup calls with project team.
- Guide and assist team members with technology updates.
- Work towards automating day to day and other maintenance activities.
- Work on SRE related stuff to optimize the support process.
- SQL 2016, NodeJS, Angular, OpenShift v4.3, 4.4, Jira, GitHub, ITSM/Service Now, Mongo DB 5.x, 6.X, Linux, Windows, IIS v8.x, 9.x, Azure
- You should be able to work independently.
- You should have 2-3 years of development experience apart from 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
- Worked on CI/CD Pipeline
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Availability to support applications outside of business hours in case of issues and deployments
- Prior experience of supporting Apps on Digital Platform
- Exposure to DevOps automation
- Cloud tools exposure will be a big plus in this role.
