    Description

    Company Description At Hello Adventure we use animation and visual storytelling to shape the conversations that positively shape our world.

    We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Professional to spearhead marketing efforts aimed at generating qualified leads within the non-profit sector.

    While the role entails hands-on involvement in various aspects of marketing, the primary responsibility will be to develop strategy and oversee tactical execution.

    They will be tasked with managing these resources, ensuring their success, and promptly, pivoting strategies or seeking alternatives if performance falls short.

    In our 13 years of operation, we've done next to no marketing.

    The salary offering is $42,000 to $48,000, with revenue sharing, flexible work hours, remote work, and the potential to earn partnership with continued success.

    Passionate and adept marketer committed to continuous improvement in digital skills and knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends.
    Proficiency in crafting marketing strategies and measuring their success.
    Experience and proficiency across core marketing channels, with a focus on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
    3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
    ~Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

    Prior experience in a marketing management role.
