    We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Brand Marketing Lead to join our Toronto team . In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and orchestrate the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence, drive consumer engagement, and increase brand awareness.

    Note: Internally, this role is known as Supervisor, Consumer Brand Marketing.

    What you will do:

    • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with Enbridge Sustain's overall objectives and values.
    • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement across -a 360-degree marketing mix.
    • Brand Positioning : Identify and articulate the unique value proposition of the brand & product offering, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
    • Consumer Insights: Use market research, data analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and refine messaging.
    • Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative agency to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
    • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different brand marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum value.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and tactics.

    Who you are:

    • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing (preferably in a larger consumer organization) along with people leadership experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
    • Customer first mindset, using market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior to develop meaningful insights and campaigns.
    • Outstanding experience owning execution of mass campaigns including cross-functional alignment.
    • Proficient in digital & social media best practices, traditional media, and leveraging analytics to inform campaign decisions.
    • Experience in leading agency briefings and providing meaningful feedback on creative executions.
    • Experience leading, developing, mentoring a team of high-performing marketing professionals. #joinourteam #LI-Hybrid
