    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Program/Project Manager to join one of Calgary's large energy/waste companies for a 12 month contract with extensions. This person will be responsible for a large netnew, multi-year CRM implementation spanning across four lines of business including metals/mining, specialty chemicals, midstream and industrial waste. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned IT PM, with past sales experience supporting deliverables on the D365 platform. The project will run on agile framework. The first six months of the role will include engagement, scoping and proof of concept. Additional team members will be hired as the project progresses. The ideal candidate will sit in Calgary and go into office on a hybrid schedule.

    10+ years of experience working as a Program/Project Manager
    - Experience working on CRM implementations from start to finish (D365 CE preferred)
    - D365 FO and CE (CRM) experience
    - Experience working with senior stakeholders (COO, SVP, Director of Sales)
    - Agile experience

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    Experience working in a sales background
    - D365 certifications
    - Experience transforming sales organizations, working as SME on modern sales processes/technology (AI, automation)

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
