    Nous recrutons actuellement un agent de support client bilingue pour travailler dans un centre d'appels au profit d'une organisation à but non lucratif. Il s'agit d'un rôle contractuel continu

    Salaire : 17 $/heure
    Date de début prévue : 4 avril 2024
    Heures d'exploitation : Support : du lundi au vendredi - (7 h h CST)
    Emplacement : 550 Berry Street (stationnement gratuit)

    Il s'agit d'un poste sur site (PAS DE TÉLÉTRAVAIL)

    Responsabilités
    Gérer les appels entrants.
    Effectuer des recherches sur le compte d'un donateur.
    Effectuer des appels sortants pour suivre les demandes ou les cartes refusées.
    Faire preuve d'empathie envers les appelants et leur fournir un service client exceptionnel.
    Mettre à jour les bases de données et saisir avec précision toutes les informations (telles que les informations de carte de crédit, le traitement des dons, et plus encore )
    L'attention portée aux détails et la précision sont importantes.
    Aider les clients avec toutes les questions ou préoccupations qu'ils peuvent avoir.

    Qualifications

    • Doit être fluent en anglais et en français

    • Doit être à l'aise avec la technologie et savoir utiliser différents logiciels informatiques

    • Doit être capable de jongler avec plusieurs tâches dans un environnement en évolution

    • Grande attention aux détails

    • Doit pouvoir passer une vérification de casier judiciaire (Nous prendrons en charge les frais)

    • Une expérience en service client est un atout

    • Une expérience antérieure en centre de contact est un atout
