As a Soluno Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing your current book of business, preventing churn with a proactive approach, coordinating new client implementations and establishing relationships at all customer levels. You are expected to manage a portfolio of accounts and cultivate consistent growth acting as a strategic advisor to your clients.

What You'll Do
● Increase expansion sales through existing Soluno customers
● Own customer renewals
● Address customer inquiries and build relationships with owners, decision makers and firm staff.
● Partner with Soluno's Customer Success Team to identify and enhance the overall satisfaction level of our customers.
● Coordinate implementations with Soluno's onboarding team and new clients.
What We're Looking For
● Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver: You will use your wide breadth of expertise to help Soluno's clients solve problems for time-sensitive issues by taking a broad perspective to resolve issues and provide solutions. You will take the initiative to seek answers and positive outcomes.
● Build Relationships: You will build relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, where you will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live Soluno's core values of "Customers at the Center" and "Integrity Always"
● Educate and Provide Recommendations: You will leverage your Soluno product and services knowledge to help clients understand our products' value. You will take client input and turn it into recommendations for your leaders on best practices and solutions training.
● Organize: You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the end of month/quarter/year.
Requirements
Must Haves
● 1+ years working in an account manager, customer success manager or closing role, SaaS preferred
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding target goals
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness and proven past of presenting well in front of large groups
● Highly organized and detail oriented approach to day-to-day operations
Nice to Haves
● experience a plus
● Comfortability working within Office 365
