    Description

    Fix Network is Looking for a Customer Service Representative

    Fix Network is searching for a new Customer Service Representative to join the team. The main focus of the CSR will be to provide exceptional customer service by arranging and attending client appointments. They will handle the Load Levelling process, moving vehicles for repairs and back. Reporting to the National Director of Operations, responsibilities include assessing vehicle damages, deciding on repair locations, coordinating towing, and providing repair updates. The CSR will operate from multiple sites and inspect final repairs.

    A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

    • Keep customer information confidential.
    • Adhere to safety policies.
    • Allocate work to repair facilities.
    • Handle Payments.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly.
    • Check final repairs.
    • Maintain Load Level files.
    • Update software.
    • Communicate with vendor partners.
    • Collaborate with Network partners.
    • Possibly drive company or customer vehicles.

    To Succeed in this Role, You Will Need:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
    • Strong driving record and valid license.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in POS and MS Office.
    • Organizational abilities.
