    We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support our top-tier brokers. Join a leading capital markets team, known for handling the highest-end assets and catering to prestigious clients.

    Organize and oversee the due diligence and closing process for complex financing transactions, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

    Collaborate with our brokers to prepare high-quality client deliverables and influential presentations that drive successful outcomes.
    Creation of ARGUS DCF valuation models, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses to perform complex financial analyses.

    Be the driving force behind preparing compelling proposals and offering materials that showcase our expertise and work planning capabilities.

    Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data, providing critical inputs for project-specific deliverables.
    3-5 years of work experience as a financial analyst, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate.
    Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Real Estate with excellent academic credentials.
    CFA designation is considered an asset.
    Proven experience with valuations, financial analysis, and market research.
    Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software. Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate.
