The Cybersecurity Operations E xpert will drive the cybersecurity operation al activities for Varian MDO ( Multi Disciplinary Oncology) cloud program .
This role will lead and support ongoing cybersecurity operations , work with business , product engineering , enterprise cybersecurity, IT , and other cross functional teams to facilitate seamless security operations (SecOps) .
You will use your security background and cloud knowledge to design and deliver tailored security solutions that solve current cloud security challenges and set a solid foundation for future success.
Work ing with business leaders , IT Teams, and other cross functional team to drive SecOps effort and delivers advanced cybersecurity solutions, a ct s as a lead to cross functional peers, subordinates, and senior management regarding cybersecurity operations issues, resolutions, and enhancements .
Lead ing and implement ing cloud security controls, security assessments and audit activities for cloud certification activities like SOC II certification.
Actively participat ing in implementation planning, driv ing and monitor ing execution, and manag ing risks and issues of cybersecurity operational activities using metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators ).
Lead ing discussions with cloud - business for security i ncidents from the get-go, coordinates and perform forensic analysis, surfaces gaps and advocates lessons- learned.
Bachelor's degree in computer science , information technology or a related fieldAbility to understand and articulate " Cybersecurity Operations" roadmap
