    Description
    FLINT is a leading provider of environmental consulting services, specializing in supporting upstream and mid-stream oil and gas operations. We are committed to delivering top-quality environmental solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering positive client relationships.

    You will interface with staff to set up, manage and report on environmental services related to upstream and mid-stream oil gas and facilities and regulatory requirements.

    Reporting to the Team Lead of Reclamation, the successful candidate will develop and maintain positive client relationships focused on providing top-quality service in various environmental programs.

    You will bring more than 10+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
    This role is permanent and will require some travel.
    Manage projects within the reclamation practice areas.
    Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to staff supporting your projects and programs.

    Coordinate with field staff and senior advisors to scope projects, communicate with clients, execute work, track budgets, and deliver reports.

    Client interaction and financial management include forecasting, client updates and invoicing.
    Overseeing client and project safety requirements with field-based engagement in the form of leadership site safety reviews.
    The Project Manager position is primarily office-based; Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science/engineering or related discipline.
    Experienced in leading and overseeing environmental assessment projects, including contractor supervision, surface reclamation and vegetation management.
    Knowledgeable of provincial environmental regulations, policies, guidelines or technical guidance documents.
    Have experience with and can safely operate light-duty trucks and have a valid class 5 driver's license.
    Proficiency in planning and control of work in a multi-project, deadline-driven environment.
    Ability to develop meaningful working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a team environment.
    Able to prioritize work, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
    Proactive approach to problem-solving with a solid ability to take the initiative.
    Candidates shortlisted will be required to complete the Profile People Survey.
