    Description

    This global leader in convenience and fuel retail operates globally with close to 14,000 stores With its well-known banners, it is one of the largest independent convenience store operators in North America, and it is a leader internationally in the convenience store industry and road transportation fuel retail.

    They seek a Procurement & Warehouse Manager who directs all phases of securing contracts relating to purchasing efforts with supply partners, spanning several product categories.

    Cultivates relationships with primary vendor partners and leverages regional best practices across the Business Units. Establish and foster relationships with key internal stakeholders. The Procurement & Warehouse Manager supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service and work efficiency.


    DESCRIPTION
    Assists the construction team with program rollouts.
    Responsible for procuring all assets and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
    Coordinates the delivery of equipment required for projects.
    Research and negotiate pricing on new equipment and services Bulk Purchase (Beverage, Pastry etc.)
    Approves all procurement and warehouse-related invoices.
    Manages and works closely with the Maintenance & Construction team on Purchase Order processing.
    Manages and advises cost reduction plans.
    Responsible for all warehouse equipment, supplies, shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and expenses
    Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse activities.
    Responsible for ensuring MM Depot inventory levels are at an optimal amount to support operations.
    Responsible for overseeing all warehouse staff and assets.


    REQUIREMENTS
    3-5 Years of related experience required
    Experience in a retail convenience industry environment preferred.
    Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
    Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message and delivery to a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups
    Travel required
    A valid driver's license is required.
    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs and strong Excel is a must
    Detail-oriented, self-motivated
    Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
