    Description
    At Flynn, it's not just a job, it's a career TSC, a Division of Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for a Computational Design Specialist to join their growing team Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, the successful individual will work closely with the design team to build custom software solutions.

    • A Day in the Life

  • Build custom, high-quality software solutions to create efficiencies and reduce repetitive work.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain new features and enhancements as part of software development.
  • Work closely with the internal design team and with customers to understand their needs with regards to scope of work and timelines.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate on Long Range Scanning projects.
  • Other duties as required.

    • What We Are Seeking

  • Completion of a Post Secondary Computer Science program with a specialization in Visual Computing (or similar program) preferable.
  • Previous experience with 3D scanning technology, applications and industry processes considered an asset.
  • Excellent technical computer skills.
  • Must be motivated to take initiative, respond to issues, constraints and opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented, without losing sight of the big picture.
