Demonstrated ability to critically analyze existing processes, identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.Serve as the day-to-day contact for dealership clients, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.
Review the customer journey, determine how it's supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.
Streamline communication and collaboration among project team members, including external service providers, to guarantee punctual delivery.Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies to ensure that SOPs are in compliance and contribute to enhanced process performance.
2 years experience in Client Success in a B2C setting and/or relevant account management positions~ Working experience in SaaS B2B is a plus
~ Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) and/or Monday.
