    Job Description:

    Cheme BIM Designers excel in providing high-quality BIM services, demonstrating mastery in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit, and Navisworks. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, they leverage their expertise to deliver exceptional results and drive forward CAD technology advancements. Their expertise extends beyond technical skills to encompass a deep understanding of client needs, enabling them to deliver superior BIM solutions and drive continuous improvement in CAD technology.

    Requirements

    • Provide exceptional service to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Develop BIM execution plans in collaboration with project teams.
    • Manage changes in BIM models, including design alterations and clash detection.
    • Create accurate 3D Revit drawings for various components such as piping, vessels, equipment, and building features.
    • Prepare precise 2D AutoCAD drawings including P&ID, PFD, piping layout, and equipment layout.
    • Develop isometric drawings and produce layouts and P&ID's as required. Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures and common issues in the field encountered in piping design is considered a strong asset
    • Adhere to company CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) standards.
    • Develop and maintain CADD standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
    • Identify gaps in internal business processes related to BIM and recommend effective solutions.
    • Continual pursuit of learning and mastery of their craft
    • Ability to work under minimum supervision as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
    • Use of Microsoft operating system to navigate a server environment and prepare engineering documents with revision control.
    • Valid driver's license, and owner of a car

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in drafting, engineering, and CAD execution.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit, and Navisworks

    Minimum Required Education:

    • Graduate certificate in Building Information Modelling or equivalent qualification.
