    Description
    Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator
    Salary : 50 – 55K/year Location: Markham, ON,
    (hybrid) – confirming how many days and if it is training in office 1 Year contract, WITH Health & Dental benefits (100% paid) – includes
    $500 Health spending account and $200 personal spending account. 3 weeks' vacation, 3 personal days, 5 sick days.


    Fit:

    • Call center experience, dealt with escalated issues
    • They do not need to come from automotive
    • Seeking candidates who are organized, empathetic, team player
    • Excellent communication in both English and French
    • Comfortable making outbound calls to give customer updates.
    • Experience and comfortable working with Ms Office – Excel and Outlook
    • Positive can-do attitude ,take initiative
    • Eager to go above and beyond

    Job Description:

    • Respond and document all customer contacts from across Canada within required timelines
    • Thoroughly analyze requests for assistance and advise customers and dealers of approval/denial of requests based on current policies and procedures
    • Liaise with Zone offices, dealers, and appropriate parties internally for complex case investigation to determine the correct resolution to their inquiries and concerns
    • Fulfill administrative duties as requested such as data entry and time sensitive projects
    • Assists in decisions related to goodwill cases to a pre-determined limit
    • Assist in identifying trends to improve our overall customer experience

    Experience Required:

    • 2+ years call center/customer service experience in an office/call center setting
    • Completion of secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
    • Good MS Office skills
