    Hybrid locations CAN-Toronto-19 Duncan Street time type Full time posted on Posted 6 Days Ago job requisition id JREQ177499 The Bilingual Senior Sales Support Specialist serves as a primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content/product offerings, business policies, commissions, order processing, credits, promotions, incentives and procedures and assists in problem solving all issues.

    In this role, the Senior Sales Support Specialist will work with both English and French speaking clients and colleagues, so we are seeking a candidate who is fully bilingual.

    These sales teams sell cloud-based software and web-based tools and resources that enable law firms to manage their workload more efficiently.

    The successful candidate may have the opportunity to grow into a sales role.
    About the Role In this opportunity as a Bilingual Senior Sales Support Specialist , you will:
    Perform administrative tasks as directed by the sales and account management teams
    Submit orders through the Order Capture system within SalesForce in a timely manner
    Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
    Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
    You're a fit for the Bilingual Senior Sales Support Specialist if your background includes:
    Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist
    Hands on experience with a CRM system, preferably SalesForce
    In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
    Excellent written and oral communication in both English and French
    Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and internet skills
